SHIPPING
DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA
We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm or bank holiday are shipped the first working day back.
Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW/AUS public holidays.
Please note, during peak periods, including sales, orders may take longer than usual to be processed and dispatched. We will send confirmation details, including all tracking information, as soon as it’s shipped.
Please note that all orders placed on a non working day will be shipped the next working day.
COURIERS:
We currently use Australia Post. Standard estimated delivery timeframes commence once your order has been forwarded to the courier
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM:
All order placed on au.samelosangeles.com will be shipped from our Australian warehouse, this means delivery is super fast and no customs will be due.
VERIFICATION:
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
